Kanye Wants To Sue The Teen That Attacked Kim For Emotionally Abusing Her.

Kanye is still fuming after an 18-year-old man allegedly threatened to kill Kim Kardashian and hurled insults and racial slurs at her on Jan. 13. While Kanye is facing battery charges for allegedly punching the teen, the ‘Yeezus’ rapper is planning to sue him for ‘emotionally abusing’ Kim.

Kim Kardashian is still upset after an 18-year-old man allegedly went off on an abusive racial tirade to her, and her fiance, Kanye West, thinks the teen should have to pay for his alleged actions.”He really fu**ed Kim up mentally,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

The 36-year-old rapper says Kim, 33, was in shock when the teen spewed his racial venom at her outside a chiropractor’s office on Jan. 13, and that the incident is still causing her emotional stress. “He did a number on Kim, and Kanye is thinking about how he can sue him for Kim’s emotional abuse,” a source close to the situation tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. 
“He really fu**ed Kim up mentally because she had never heard words like that spoken before and filled with so much hate,” the source adds.

Kanye insists that some people look at him and Kim as cash cows and antagonize them on purpose to try to make them lose their cool.
“This is America and in this country, ‘celebrities’ are looked upon as banks to abuse,” the source explains. “That dude had no right to bother Kim and say what he said to her. He was out of line. If that happened to your average woman and her average husband came to defend her, we would not be having this conversation.”
