Who is tired of Justin Bieber and his constant presence in the news for causing or getting into trouble? It's been a criminal week for the 19-year-old star. First egging his neighbors home causing $20,000 in damages, his home getting raided and now his arrest for driving under the influence of something; Drugs or alcohol whilst partying with his model friend.
The Miami Herald
reported that Bieber and his friends used their cars to block traffic on the road of a residential area, at 4:30 a.m.,
creating a drag strip for the young star, who was in a Lamborghini.
Police Chief Raymond Martinez told the paper: 'Test showed that Bieber was under the influence of drugs.'
