Nigerian Military Claims They Have Sighted The Abducted Chibok Girls In Three Boko Haram Sites

Nigeria’s Special Forces from the Army’s 7th Division have sighted and narrowed the search for the more than 250 abducted Chibok schoolgirls to three camps operated by the extremist Boko Haram sect north of Kukawa at the western corridors of the Lake Chad, senior military and administration officials have said.

“It has been a most difficult but heroic breakthrough,” one senior military official said in Abuja.

That claim was supported by another senior commander from the Army’s 7th Division, the military formation created to deal with the insurgency in the Northeast. The 7th Division is headquartered in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital.

The breakthrough comes at a critical moment for the Nigerian military that has faced cutting criticism over its handling of the kidnapping of the girls more than a month ago.

Kevin Hart's Wife Claims His Current Girlfriend Is The Reason For Their Split

In a recent interview while promoting her new reality show, Hollywood Exes Atlanta, Torrei Hart, the ex-wife of comedian and actor Kevin Hart was really emotional as she talked about her struggle to deal with Kevin's new relationship, as she still feels sad about it because she is the woman who broke them up.

Torrei told ET's Rocsi Diaz,

"I never lashed out. I never tried to punch her in the face, even though I've had moments where -- trust and believe -- I wanted to K.O. her ass."

"It does hurt that my kids have to be around a woman who broke up a marriage. I was with [Kevin] when he was selling sneakers for five dollars an hour. I was at every show. I was at his first show where he ever did standup ... I was his muse. I was there from the beginning."

Parents Identify 54 Of The Missing Girls In The Video Released By Boko Haram

According to Premium Times, 54 out of the 130 girls shown in the 27minutes video released by Boko Haram on May 12th, have being identified by their parents.

A viewing session took place at the office of the Chief of Staff to The Governor of Borno State Kashim Shettima, where the parents of the abducted girls, some of the girls who escaped, teachers, security officers identified the 54girls by their names.

Oh my, this is really shocking! At a Met Gala after party last week, Bey's younger sister Solange, displayed some kung fu skills in the elevator on brother-in-law Jay Z. The surveillance video showed a very angry Solange stepping into the elevator in the company of her sister Beyonce, her brother-in-law, Jay Z and a body guard.

Solange starts shouting at Jay Z who is calm and in no mood to have the argument with her, Beyonce is beside her husband calm and standing still, not trying to stop her sister from hitting her husband. When the Body guard gets in between Solange and Jay Z, She throws a kick at him.

Reacting to the pop singer’s claims, the NIS Public Relations Officer Emeka Obua said Davido couldn’t travel out because he did not provide his Nigerian passport to Immigration officers at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport. According to Obua, Davido only presented his US passport and was asked to present his Nigerian passport to convince them he legally travelled into Nigeria. But Davido said he forgot it at home. He left and returned the next day, presented his Nigerian passport and proceeded with his trip. ‘The officer informed him that he should go and bring the Nigerian passport to convince him that he did not enter Nigeria illegally with a foreign passport without visa. Adeleke started arguing with the officer, who had to refer the case to his superiors and the verdict was that he could not make the trip unless he produced the said Nigerian passport,’ Obua said in a statement released to Punch Newspaper. ‘Livid with anger, Adeleke, in company of his bodyguards, started protesting in a disorderly manner, prompting the Comptroller of Immigration in-charge at MMIA to intervene. He advised Adeleke to call his bodyguards to order (caution) and comply with the lawful instruction which would not only erase any doubt as to his immigration status but also establish his claim to dual citizenship.’ Davido is a dual Citizen of the US and Nigeria. According to the NIS, his passport details are: Davido’s Nigerian Passport Details: Passport Number – A02227477. Issued at Abuja, Nigeria. Valid from August 13, 2010 till August 12, 2015. PHOTOS/VIDEO: Boko Haram Releases Video Of The Abducted Girls Praying And Reciting The Quran Wearing Hijabs

Following the abduction of more than 200 girls, Boko Haram sect, has just released a video showing some of the kidnapped Nigerian girls wearing Hijab headdresses and reciting the Quran as they make Islamic declarations. Sky news aired some screenshots from the video.

The leader of the terrorist group Shekau also said that they will release the girls in exchange for the freedom of the militant prisoners. The video was aired after the Governor of Borno State, Kashim Shettima, told the BBC: ‘

We've got reports of them being sighted in some locations – which we have conveyed to the relevant military authorities, for them to cross-check, verify and get additional information on the accurate location of the daughters.’

He also said  he did not think the girls had been taken across the border to Chad or Cameroon.

Former NAFDAC Boss, Dora Akunyili To Be Flown Abroad For Treatment As Her Health Deteriorates

This is really shocking!! According to news reports, Former NAFDAC Director General and one-time Minister of Information Mrs Dora Akunyili's health has really deteriorated and she is set to be flown abroad for treatment. She made an appearance at the on-going national CONFAB, were she is a delegate, Mrs. Akunyili looked like a shadow of herself, very pale and really skinny. She has since been admitted at an undisclosed hospital in Abuja.

According to reports, her condition became even worse last night and has been instructed by her doctors to seek immediate medical attention abroad. When images of a very pale looking Dora hit the internet afew months ago, she revealed that she had been ill with a life threatening illness but survived it and was declared fit by her doctors to resume her normal life, but people close to her say she was diagnosed with cancer a few years ago and had spent several months in the US receiving treatment.

I Chatted With My Father 2 Hours Before He Passed On "Charly Boy"

Charly Boy who is currently grieving after loosing his dad some days back, disclosed how it all happened in an interview with Vanguard. He also said his father apologized to him before giving up the ghost. Read excerpts below....

"Don’t sympathise with me, rather you should join me in celebrating a life well lived. I am celebrating my father’s life and times. He lived a fulfilled life, so there is a great need to celebrate him. He was just trying to tell me something about two hours before he passed on.  I went to visit him in the hospital where he was on admission because for some days he wasn’t eating very well. I insisted to feed him that morning, and I pleaded that he should corporate with me. It was then he said, he wanted to apologise to me.’Apologise for what! I queried him?He replied me saying, given the nature of his sickness, and its complication, he’s sorry for everything.  But when I cautioned him, he said, since he was apologising, I wouldn’t accept it, that I would  have to get an appeal. It was like a joke between father and son. Later, I told him, I was going to take my bath upstairs. And within 2 hours  while I was away, he gave up the ghost. That was how it happened."

Dr Sid Opens Up About The N110 Million Mortgage Used To Build His House

 

Mavin artiste, Onoriode Esiri aka Dr Sid, has opened up about his new house, while trying to promote his album on Punch today. He said that his current 110million naira crib was bought on mortgage and his proud  to say it, knowing that he is able to pay his monthly mortgage, which would go on for the next 25 years.

"I put a mortgage payment plan in place, based on the savings I had made four years before I started a career in music. I am still paying for the house. And by the grace of God, I will get a second one soon. I pay close to N1m a month and sometimes, more. I am going to do this for the next 25 years and I am not ashamed to say it,” he said.
