Congratulations are in order as Football star Cristiano Ronaldo was officially declared winner of the 2013 Fifa Ballon d'Or at an awards ceremony in Zurich, ending Lionel Messi's four-year reign as holder of the crown.
Ronaldo who was evidently happy received his award amidst tears.This makes it the second time he will be honoured with the award.
