PHOTOS: Tallest Building In West Africa Is The Newly Built Intercontinental Hotel In VI Lagos.


Who saw this building when it was under construction? surely we all had different opinions about it's eventual functionality: Hotel, Plaza, Banks, Homes... Well the building is the InterContinental Hotel in Lagos State. It was unveiled yesterday by the state Governor Babatunde Fashola. The 23-storey building is located on Victoria Island, the building was said cost roughly N30 billion  with 358 rooms, 37 suites and a presidential suite.

The building is neatly rooted on an elevated terrain overlooking Lagos’ port which offers an uninterrupted spectacular views of the Lagos Skyline.
