A source reveals to Life & Style in its special issue, The Making of Kim Kardashian, on newsstands now, that her most priced asset is definitely not all natural. And now we know her Plastic surgery secret!
“Kim had lipo on her legs and the doctor moved the fat into her butt. That’s why it didn’t show up on the X-ray,” the source, who references the time Kim had it X-rayed on TV to prove it was real, tells Life & Style.
