After the death of Patrick Sawyer, the Liberian who died of the Ebola virus in Lagos last week, reports have it that one of the doctors (pictured right) who treated him has tested positive to the virus.
this report is according to the Minister of Health, Onyebuchi Chukwu, who revealed this today Monday
August 4th and also said that eight people who had first degree
contact with the Liberian have been
quarantined and are under strict observation.
A lot of Nigerians have been making jokes out of this, but we need to take things seriously to protect our health. God help us....
