I just love this girl's carefree attitude. After shocking everybody with the jaw dropping sheer crystal dress, the pop star rocked a stunning leather crop top and mini skirt at the Hard Rock Cafe in Paris, to receive a donation for her cancer charity.
The pop star was also in Paris to promote her new fragrance, Rogue!
