Move over Miley, Rihanna has proven time and time again that she is the baddest pop singer, and she does it effortlessly with class.
At the Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards, Rihanna wore a see through custom-made shear embellished halter dress by Adam Selman with a matching sparkly turban. The dress is said to be embellished with 216,000 Swarovski crystals. She went bra-less and wore a flesh colored thong to cover herself up.
She was also honoured with the Fashion Icon Award. See more pics below...
