Being in the royal family certainly comes with a lot of benefits amongst other things. 50 gun cops have been recruited to guard baby George round the clock. The force responsible for the Queen's Sandringham estate doesn't have enough firearm officers to man all the shifts involved in a 24-hour cover,so while they are training other officers, experts are being recruited from other force areas.
The increased arms police will be needed to provide full time security at the 20,000-acre estate on Norfolk, the royal couple's ten-bed property. Beside guarding the royal home, the new cops will do other duties round the country.
