Michael said he tried contacting Kourtney after seeing a photo of Mason and believes he's the biological father of the boy who is now 3 and a half years old.
According to TMZ, the model has filed papers at a Los Angeles court asking a judge to order DNA tests for Kourtney, Mason and Scott Disick. He's also asking for joint custody of the boy ;if the result comes out positive we suppose?.
