Few days ago, reports had it that handsome Ghanian actor Chris Attoh who in turn is one of the lead actors in MNET's big soap-opera, Tinsel issued a letter of
resignation from the series claiming he was quitting to pursue bigger career interests. It appears there is more to the case that meets the eyes. Claims have it that Chris was forced to resign or get out-rightly sacked! They said the Tinsel management did him a
big favor by asking him to tender a resignation letter.
Chris and Gbenro Ajibade a.k.a Soji Bankole were the victims but Gbenro was suspended.
Gbenro Ajibade was probably suspended because he failed to show up for a long sequence of shoots involving his character ‘Soji Bankole' so Gbenro might be facing disciplinary action for being away from set after traveling to the US for the just concluded Africa Fashion week held in New York where he walked the runway as a model. We hope the series would not suffer the absence of these talented guys leaving them.
