The strange gift was in a box of mom essentials, given to her by the Government of Finland. The Finnish social security service kela, sent to Will to Kate a baby box which every new mom in Finland receives when she gives birth.
The box contains colorful rompers, leggings, a hooded bath towel, hairbrush, diaper rash cream, a picture book, a snowsuit and a teething toy and condom, Lol. The condoms are included in the gift box to encourage new parents to wait a little while before trying for another baby.
