Andy Murray came tops at this year's Wimbledon tournament beating World's number 1 Novak Djokovic 6-4 7-5 6-4 on Sunday July 7 becoming the first British man to win the title since 1936. Andy sank to his knees then confessed he was in dreamland, after his big win. He tweeted, 'Can't believe what just happened!!!!!!!' Djokovic also congratulated Murray.
Murray, who was greeted with a standing ovation before the match, kept the crowd and the millions watching on TV on the edge of their seats. Kim Sears his girlfriend, British prime minister, David Cameron along with first minister Alex Salmond were also present to celebrate with Murray, who made the British proud.
