Bow down to the queen Beyonce who has maintained the number
one spot at the 2014 list of Forbes Top-earning women in music. She earned more
than a double what she made in 2013. According to Forbes Mrs. Carter who made
$53million in 2013, grossed a total of $115million in 2014 all thanks to
endorsement deals, record sales and sold out concerts. She played 95shows, making
an average of $2.4million per city.
She was followed by Taylor swift who made $64million dollars,
Pink with $53million, Rihanna with $48million and Katy Perry with $40million.
Jennifer Lopez, Miley Cyrus, Celine Dion, Lady Gaga and Britney spears, made
the 6th to 10th spot respectively.
Other female musicians who didn’t the top ten spot make but
earned double digit millions include Alicia keys, Nicki Minaj Shania Twain and
Miranda Lambert
