Bayelsa State Government Presents President Jonathan With Massive Birthday Card

Seriake Dickson the governor of Bayelsa where President Jonathan is from, gave him a massive birthday card on behalf of the government and people of Bayelsa this morning as he celebrates his 57th birthday.I'm sure there is another gift attached to the card that we didn't see.
