Joan Rivers has done it again and this time she fired her shot at KimYe and their cheeky daughter North West.The seven-month-old has always been a controversial child right from her birth till date. It happened that Kim visited E! televison network with her daughter, Joan saw the infant closely and kept her comment till she got on air of her stand up show in Saban Theater on January 17 in Los Angeles. Rivers said Norry looks "ugly."
The E! Fashion Police host added, "That baby is ugly... I've never seen a six-month-old so desperately in need of a waxing."
