An unknown passer-by took a photo of singer and one half of pop duo group P-Sqaure, Paul Okoye as he was arguing with traffic law-enforcement officials.
This happened yesterday along the Lekki/Ikoyi bridge roundabout. See the LASTMA official asking 'why are you taking a pic?'
