Miley Cyrus is back with her crazy fashion. After her Art Basel Concert that took place at the Raleigh Hotel in Miami yesterday the 3rd of December, the 22 year old actress and singer stepped out  wearing a silver shinny wig, thong-suspender sling over shimmery pantyhose, pasties covering her nipples and matching ballet flats.
