Finally! George Clooney Is Engaged

Hollywood's chronic bachelor, actor and movie producer George Clooney has finally popped the big question to his Lebanese born lawyer girl friend, Amal Alamuddin on the 22nd of April this year after dating for 6months.

George went traditional by going down on one knee to pop the question with a 7 carat emerald cut diamond ring, with two tapered baguettes set in platinum, which he also helped design.

Reports have it that the couple plans to get married this September. This will be the second marriage for Clooney. He was married to Talia Balsam from 1989 to 1993

SAD POST: Another Blast In Nyanya, 12 Confirmed Dead And 19 Injured

According to police spokesperson, Mr. Frank Mba, 12 people have been confirm dead while 19 others were injured and currently receiving treatment in the hospital after the unfortunate incident of another bomb blast at Nyanya park, yesterday.

The tragedy occurred around 7:20pm at the taxi park leaving several casualties. Unconfirmed reports say the casualties are more than the said number. See more photos below....

Nollywood Finest Amaka Igwe Dies After Battling Asthma.

It hit the blogosphere early this morning, one of Nigeria's first writer, producer, Director and C.E.O of Top radio 90.9 fm Amaka Igwe died of asthma whilst on set of her new igbo soap in Enugu.

Nollywood stars have not been taking the news quite well; Genevieve Nnaji said it's the darkest day of her career whilst Rita Dominic chose to celebrate the matriarch. She was aged 51 and survived by her husband of 21 years and three children.
